Meet Tonia - Health and Wellness Coach
Tonia brings a wealth of experience and passion to her roles as a Managing Director and Health and Wellness Coach. With a professional background in the weight loss industry spanning both sides of the Pacific, Tonia has worked at the highest levels to support personal and corporate excellence within one of the world’s leading wellness organizations. Originally from Calgary, Canada, Tonia arrived in Australia in the early 2000’s knowing only her boss. She stayed, working all over the country to train and mentor staff on how to coach clients and colleagues to achieve results.
Tonia first discovered exercise and fitness in her early 20s, but life had other plans. Partying, work, and a busy schedule got in the way, and when she moved to Australia, her training and eating habits took a backseat. Realizing she needed a change, Tonia hired Nick to be her personal boxing trainer—and she’s never looked back. Through boxing, she rediscovered her love of fitness, wellness, and coaching, which has shaped her journey ever since.
When pregnant with her son, Tonia formalized her passion for helping others by completing her Life Coaching qualifications, offering private coaching to individuals looking for personal growth and transformation. For the past 16 years, she has continued her mission by coaching clients through Fitness Ring, the business she runs with her husband, Nick.
