Kickstart your mornings with the 6AM Breakfast Club—the ultimate way to start your day feeling strong, focused, and energized. With four powerful small group sessions each week, you’ll be well on your way to crushing your fitness goals while enjoying the best of boxing and strength training.
What’s included?
Mondays & Wednesdays, 6-6:45am: Boxing with former world champion Nick Tetoros. Develop real boxing skills and boost your fitness levels.
Tuesdays & Fridays, 6-6:45am: Strength classes with expert strength and conditioning coach Michael Virgona. Build functional strength, improve endurance, and take your fitness to new heights.

Membership & Pricing
$55/week Membership: Sign up for unlimited access to all 4 weekly sessions for just $55 per week. This membership comes with a flexible 1-month commitment, and you can pause your membership at any time (see terms and conditions).
$599 for 3-Month Upfront Pass: Want to save $ and commit long-term? Enjoy 3 months of unlimited classes with our upfront pass, and we’ll extend your pass to cover the studio’s closure over Christmas.
