6 Week Boxing Challenge

DATES: February 1- March 15, 2025

How It Works

Step 1: Kick off the challenge on February 1st with a “before photo” and body composition scan from Jocelyn at Melbourne Body Composition. This will give you an official starting point for your journey!
Step 2: Train hard and consistently. With unlimited group classes, we recommend at least 3 sessions per week for maximum results. Weekly progress check-ins will keep you motivated and competitive!
Step 3: End the challenge with an “after photo” and final body composition scan. The person with the most impressive overall transformation wins an exclusive prize!
