EXPERT ADVICE ON HOW TO GET RESULTS

In order to improve your fitness, learn new combinations/boxing stance/various exercises and drills, you will need to train 3 times per week. For optimal results, we recommend training 5 times per week. By having variety in your training, it will make all the difference with your results. Losing weight/toning up require a combination of cardio and strength training.
