Group Class Descriptions

Boot Camp 6 Week Program - Boxing/Kickboxing/Muay Thai/Weights - 45 minute class held at Fitness Ring, including all the components above on day listed. We accept casual participants. Suitable for all fitness levels. Must bring your own gloves/wraps. 

TRAINERS: Nick and Steve

NEW Strength Training Class - 45 minute class, heavy ropes, weights, calesthenics, core strengthening and much more.  No gloves/wraps needed. Suitable for all fitness levels.

TRAINER: Steve

NEW Boxing Circuit Training Class - 1 hour class including, boxing/kickboxing drills, punching bags, pad work with a partner, weights, medicine balls, and much more.  Must bring your own gloves/wraps.

TRAINERS: Nick and Tonia

NEW Strength Training Boot Camp 2 Week Program - 1 hour class, maximum 10 participants. Using kettle bells, weights, heavy ropes, and your own body weight to building core strength. No gloves/wraps needed. Suitable for all fitness levels.
