Changing It Up This Winter

Time to get Hyped!

We are very excited to announce that from June 11, 2019 we are changing and adding a couple new classes to the mix.

New Class Descriptions

FUNCTIONAL & STRETCH

1 hour focus on functional exercises, mastering the fundamentals of strength training and then treating your muscles to a fabulous stretch using foam roller, spiky balls, stretch bands, and all other sorts of apparatus.

BOXING INTENSE

Intermediate to advance 45 min

Must have mastered basic boxing technique.

Fast paced, super fun, and very different to all other boxing classes.

There will be nothing left in the tank when you finish!

We require that you give 110% for this 45 minute intense class.

Please note that we do not allow back to back bookings for this class and Kickboxing Intense.

KICKBOXING INTENSE

Intermediate to advance 45min

Must have mastered basic kickboxing technique.

Fast paced, super fun, and very different to all other kickboxing classes.

There will be nothing left in the tank when you finish!

We require that you give 110% for this 45 minute intense class.

Please note that we do not allow back to back bookings for this class and Boxing Intense.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

At the Fitness Ring we encourage Yoga to find balance in your week and practice mindfulness or staying in the moment. Low speed vinyasa gives a pose a chance to work by slowing everything down, and it aids in better concentration.

SCHEDULE

Farewell Caz

Caz has moved to the coast and this will be her last week as a trainer at Fitness Ring. She will be still making cameo appearances whenever we hold wellness workshops. We are very grateful for all the energy she has brought to us through her boxing training and yoga practice. Please join us to wish her a farewell on Saturday morning 8:45am for coffees and snacks at the studio.
