4 Week Fitness Challenge

Dates:

November 18, 2017 - December 16, 2017
How It Works:
Step 1 - All participants will get started by doing a body composition test.
Step 2 - Commit and stick to a training schedule. The training is up to you! Of course the more you train, the better results you'll get. We recommend 3 or more sessions each week to get optimal results. You can do group classes, semi private PT's, and personal training sessions. Checkout our affordable pricing for all...
Step 3 - At the end of 4 weeks you will do a final body composition test to compare before and after results. The person who has the best improvement with their fitness assessment, body fat and weight loss will win a prize.

Body composition testing

Start Date: Saturday, November 18, 2017
Time: From 8 - 9:00am (the test takes less than 1 minute)
Find out your:
- Skeletal Muscle Mass
- Protein Mass
- Body Fat (kg and %)
- Bone Mineral Content
- Total Body Water
- Visceral Fat (kg)
- A Segmental Analysis
