All of our personal training sessions are booked for 60 minutes. Learn the art of boxing, kickboxing, or Muay Thai. Personal training is recommended for beginners to advanced. The Personal Training sessions at Fitness Ring are like no other. If you haven't tried personal training, or it's been a long time since you've last trained, then now is the time to give it a go. HOW TO BOOK
All private personal training bookings are managed by our Managing Director, Tonia. Here's how it works:
1. Create a profile using Mindbody online.
2. Contact Tonia to organize a time.
3. To lock in a time and confirm the booking, the first session must be prepaid through your Mindbody online profile that was created.
4. You will receive a text the day before to confirm the session.
Our belief at Fitness Ring is that our clients should only pay a fair price, whether that be for personal one on one training or group class fitness training. We are committed to making your personal training program affordable and to allow you to complete an in-depth and ongoing fitness program.

FITNESS RING’S PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Initial personal training sessions must be paid online before we can reserve your time with the personal trainer. Subsequent sessions must be paid for on the day of training.
For all personal training sessions, we would appreciate if you could notify Fitness Ring no less than 24 hours before your scheduled personal training session. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment and fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be liable for the full session.
Your personal training session time has been reserved especially for you. Thank you for respecting this policy.
